Fiat withrawal accepted through SEPA but haven't received it

It's been almost 3 weeks since I withdrew a Fiat amount through SEPA to my bank account and still I haven't received any money. In the transaction history the transaction is marked as succesful with an exclamation mark poionting out that it may take 1-2 business days for the fund to arrive at my bank account.

I made an appeal and binance sent me an automated message saying this:

"Hello,
We have reviewed your appeal application carefully, and we are unable to process your fiat withdrawal purchase due to withdraw order failed.

Transaction Details as follow:
OrderID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Currency: EUR
Amount: XXXXXXX

Transaction Date: 2021-05-20 11:47:22(UTC)

Automated message. Please do not reply."

Since the withraw order has failed, how come my money hasn't been sent back to my binance balance.

Also, I tried to make an new appeal but binance doesn't let me do so.

Can anyone please help?
