Allegedly Helium slowness is false

Hi,

On "2021-06-08 07:44" I submitted an withdrawal order from HNT address in Binance. The transaction is still processing and I opened a support ticket (Case ID #73425377). Binance support is saying it's Helium's blockchain fault due to the Fastly CDN outage that happened yesterday. That being said:

1. This claim is just plain absurd (the support agent said: "HNT mentioned a big part of the internet was out this morning, recovering now"). This is a joke and a disrespect, to say the least. Fastly CDN has absolutely nothing to do with Helium's blockchain (nor any other blockchain).
2. An administrator at Helium's community discord confirmed that while the Fastly CDN temporarily indeed affected it's public APIs the blockchain was running fine and nothing happened there (as expected).
3. I reported the transaction issue in Helium's community discord and the same administrator confirmed that the transaction did not even reached Helium's blockchain.
4. Binance assigned a TxID which does not even shows as a pending transaction in Helium's blockchain. Is this a fraud?
