I've been waiting for this for a long time but it has finally happened. In the last few minutes Binance users who have had their ETH locked up as BETH are now able to redeem it on a 1:1 ratio.
To do this, go to the "Earn" area, navigate to ETH 2.0 and then hit redeem, tick a few boxes to state that you are happy that it will take a couple of weeks or so, and then you're done.
There is a daily max limit (but it's 1000s of BETH) for all users, and a daily limit per user (around 30 BETH at the time of looking).
Personally, I don't find the staking rewards enough to justify the risk of keeping my assets on an exchange, your mileage may vary. I will look into pooled staking, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle for me.
