Binance verification hangs after video

After the video there's an infinite pop-up message saying flawed telephone number however I didn't enter a telephone number! Once I click on the button the pop-up disappears briefly and then reappears in an countless loop! Thus the verification hangs and I can't proceed! Please assist! Thanks!
