Bought some bitcoin at a bitcoin ATM, still haven't gotten it.

So, recently I discovered that there was a bitcoin atm near me and I decided to go there and buy some bitcoin with it as I had some extra cash. I bought it, waited a few hours, and it didn't come in my wallet. The wallet was correct, I made sure after I scanned it. Fast forward to today, and I still haven't gotten any bitcoin. Did I get scammed? The ATM didn't even ask me for ID or my phone number and didn't print out a receipt either. I saw online that most ATMs do that.
