The reason I ask is that so many people tell me that Bitcoin is loosing value... it's hard to show them the truth but my response is that the dollar is gaining value through deflationary esc monetary policy, in turn, it takes less dollars to buy 1 BTC.
To add to this, people in America only use the dollar and don't understand the 2+ currency world around them, so they're not familiar with the idea of the dollar not being the only mode of value transfere. 17 of the top G20 currencies have lost value to the dollar (between 7% and 30%) but Bitcoin is up 67% on the dollar and +70% across the board.
If someone were to put together a little website, with some ads on the side, that showed how expensive bitcoin is comapred to otger currencies, i believe it would do you well and would help me prove my point that Bitcoin is always the same but the dollar fluctuates and will inevitably be printed to infinity so exchanging dollars, while they are strong will provide you with higher rates of inter-generation wealth as the dollar will be diluted.
