Can you connect second bank account to a binance account?

I have a question regarding about having more than 1 bank account connected to a binance account. I'm going abroad soon for few years and while there I will open a new bank account there, so I will basically have 2 bank accounts. The original bank is located in EU, but the second one that I would like to add is located in Asia (binance supported country).

Can I connect this new bank account to my binance account and deposit/withdraw fiat with both of them? Or is it possible to have multiple bank accounts connected to a single binance account, any experiences? If no, are there any other crypto exchanges where this is possible?
