can't withdraw btc and notified me that it's going to be deleted in 12 hours

Hi,

I reciently realized that I had some bitcoin in my binance account. I haven't used it for years because I figured it was empty. it's not much but it's around 0.01. My binance account has always been getting hack attemps throughout the years so I stopped trying to access it and go through the trouble. I decided to log in and do all the verification steps and realized that there were funds. Now that i'm trying to withdraw my btc, i'm getting an error message that "withdrawals have been temporarily disabled due to risk control". Also, when i logged in, it notified me that my wallet was going to be deleted in 12 hours. Can someone help me contact customer support or tell me a way around this. Currently it says the estimated wait time on the website is 6 hours.
