Crypto.com ridiculous customer service, beware!!

Just experienced the worst ever customer service @ crypto.com - no response on the chat for days and hours with no other contact option making you feel absolutely helpless. My deposit from a different platform got stuck due to a trivial, honest mistake last Friday morning and I am still waiting for a “Specialist” to get in touch. The only response I got so far read: “As a significant amount of time has passed, we understand that your needs may have changed or the issue might have resolved. If your inquiry is still relevant, I kindly ask that you reach out to us again, and we will prioritise your concern”. Needless to say “reaching out again” has been in vain…Simply appalling, stay away!
