Deployed My Own ERC20 Token Tried to Send an Amount Then It Changed?

Hi All,

So gotta weird one. I created ERC20 Token of 7.5 Bil Supply, and went to transfer 1 million tokens to another ETH wallet, but when the transaction completed, it only sent 100,000 tokens lol.

Under MetaMask it says

Nonce - 2

Amount - 1000000 COOL

Gas Limit (Units) - 99748

Gas Used (Units) - 66499

Base Fee (GWEI) - 21.004105302

Priority Fee (GWEI) - 1.5

Total Gas Fee - 0.001496 ETH | $3.90 - USD

But then click on the Blockchain Explorer, and it says nope, we only sent 100,000 tokens not 1mil, and the other 900k tokens stayed in the original wallet.

The tokens didnt get burned, or taxed, the remaining of the so-called 900,000 tokens, just sit in my MetaMask Wallet lol. Anyone had an issue like this, I am dumbfounded.
