Does anyone ever tip moons?

All Cryptocurrencies

Serious question. I have been around a few years now on reddit and this sub and never received a tip. I have never sent one myself and never seen a notification that one user tipped another user. Why is this? I get there is a lot of hype around moons at the moment and people are accumulating in hopes that moons go to Mars and beyond. It could happen yet I still wonder why people on this sub are not keen to tip moons. For example I am in another sub (not naming) where we have a token ( lets call it peanut) and members tip each other peanuts all the time left and right. Its not much and it doesn't have to be but it does feel like a nice gesture when someone tips you one or ten peanuts. Maybe its the culture. There is a lot of animosity on this sub at times. Just the simple post saying hello will get you all kinds of replies like FUD, your shilling, Your post holds no value, shit post, down vote this etc. Sometime it feels like some people purposely down vote and critique posts simply to prevent an OP from gaining karma because they think it benefits them. It is down right silly and immature.

I feel this sub needs a little love and respect and mainly a showing of appreciation for one another. Tipping should do that. It should encourage people to make better posts and write with more quality content. Maybe there needs to be an incentive that those who tip are handsomely rewarded specially if the post is highly awarded karma by the communitty. IDK, Just a thought. At a time where regulators are starting to bring it strong I feel this sub should unite and find a common feel good theme. Moons may not be worth much today. They may not be very popular and f course depending what part of the world you are in a Moon can mean something entirely different to person A to person B. You never know who you are tipping and how helpful that tip can be financially and also emotionally. After all, those of us who have worked in the service industry understand the value of tips and how good they make us feel. I think we should all get in the habit of tipping moons. Maybe it will change the tone of this sub from one that usually feels antagonistic, sometimes bully and also conflicting to one that is harmonious and respectful. Maybe more users will feel attracted to us and want to join our community. Is this not what we ultimately want? More users, more activity, more moons deployed and burned?

This has been my simple and respectful opinion. Make of it what you will. Hope you all have an amazing weekend

Edit- How does one even tip posts? It has to be done on mobile only right? IDK
