Does anyone know a lawyer/law firm that can actually reach/sue Binance? They are holding thousands of dollars of mine hostage and despite providing them EVERYTHING (including access to my KRAKEN account), they have me in an infinite loop and will not let

I've exhausted 1yr+, 75+ hours with chat support. I've provided them EVERYTHING - my passport, verification videos, ACCESS TO MY KRAKEN ACCOUNT, 2FA, email verification, adddress verification, you name if I've given it to them. MULTIPLE TIMES (at least FIVE separate times I've provided all this information).

It is pointless. Every agent starts from the very beginning which takes literally 6-12 hours to get to the next stage. I've never actually received a response frmo the 6-12 hour wait message. And since I cannot login, by the time 6-12 hours passes, the chat system "times out" and reconnects you to a NEW LEVEL 1 AGENT and you have to START THE ENTIRE PROCESS OVER.

Even if I make it through all of that, it will randomly disconnect me. I just spent hours talking to an agent and MID CONVERSATION I was transferred to another agent and the entire thing started over from the very beginning.

NOTE: I have *BETH* on my account which I've been told the "relevant team" will convert to ETH for me (because as an American I am not allowed to trade). I've been told this numerous times - each time they tell me to wait for the end of the month which is when the "relevant team" does a "bulk conversion" of BETH to ETH for users in situations like myself. This NEVER happens. When you follow up after the new month begins, the support agent has no clue what you're talking about and starts the entire process from th beginning again. And since you can't login, you can't save any of your tickets.

Bonus fun: binance sends an email re each support ticket, but its just a link to LOGIN to binance's website - the emails do not provide ANY info.....not even the case #!!!!

Does anyone know a lawyer that has previously successfully sued Binance to recover user funds stolen by Binance?

Or at least know what jurisdiction this piece of shit is located in so I can look for a lawyer there?
