I am trying to get in touch with someone from ethereum but emails are not answered and I would like to ask if there is anyone here who can help me.
Here is the situation:
"I recently discovered that for an unknown reason, I never got my wallet during the presale process in 2014; the wallet was not downloadable and I didn’t get the wallet via email;
so I immediately wrote to your helpdesk, and I followed their instructions:
they told me I should make a new order, and that they "will assign your ether to the new wallet address and not assign any ether to the old wallet address.”
and then:
"You are all set. Your ether will be waiting for you in the Genesis Block.”
So, the problem is that my ethers were NOT ASSIGNED TO MY NEW WALLET (-----------------),
but remained in the old one (--------------------------).
I have the password for both the wallets, but I never got the old wallet file…
And now my question is: can I finally get my OLD wallet json file? or move my ethers to a new wallet?
