Fake tokens sent from my address (nothing happened)

Need help cause i'm so paranoid about security and I need to understand that

Some scammer trying to do some address poisoning to my address, although i never copy addresses from txns lol, problem is is i noticied a Transfer "out" with method "Transfer" to a token which i haven't interacted to obviously because i don't even see those fake shit token on my Hardware wallet, it hides them automatically, but i was wondering why the method isn't the usual random one like "0x69bfff34" and it appears as "Transfer out"? to be fair 2 of those kind of transfer with method "Transfer" already happened 4/5 times more than 5 months ago and one 1 year ago and nothing happened, maybe a Etherscan/BSCScan not identifying that method?

Also i noticed that all the legit transfer I've done has in the notes of the transfer an usage of the "0xa9059cbb" method along with "(address recipient, uint256 amount)"
Instead, this that NOT initiated by me uses instead a "0x12514bba" method with transfer(uint256 _index) only, this was a multitransfer and not only my address was in there, there was at least 20ish that had the same "Transfer" as method (all of them still have funds on it so looks like there was no breach to that addresses)

FYI:- My HW Wallet is airgapped, hides 0 transfer txn and low amount txn whatever it is, doesn't show tokens asaide the ones that I decided to be showed even if a transfer of a different token is detected, I only interact with ETH and the official USDT CA (now using since a year and counting) and my wallet has never been connected to any dApp nor have allowed any token spending, the seedphrase is stored in a real-life vault in bank and never written in any digital device of any kind.
