Hey, I read that fiifo/first in first out is not valid for German financial institutions?
Case is the following: Bought ETH in 2021 Bought again in 2022 Each time around worth 500€
Bought in 2024 again and now they are combined.
If I would sell ETH worth 1000€.
Would that be tax free in TR? And I need to inform on that in the tax report or how else could I make sure that the 21/22 shares are sold like fifo and are therefore held for >1year?
Thanks!
