Foreigners Who Visited El Salvador - How Did You Find It?

I'd like to hear from non Salvadoreans who visited the country recently to share their thoughts on possibly living in the country as a foreigner and an avid bitcoiner.

I looked at properties advertised for sale on the internet and the prices seemed astronomical. For that type of money you could get a prime location property in the EU. Is it like that on the ground in the country as well? Do you think it's worth giving the country a serious thought if, say... you can't stand where the EU is headed?
