As we all know, the average Bitcoin fee went up to over $30 from what was before about $1, in a matter of days. That was due to multiple reasons, Potentially the surge of the meme coins that happened around that time, the over congestion of the blockchain, and some other reasons as well.
As of writing this post, the average bitcoin fee is around about $3. In my opinion it's more than acceptable as long as the average stays below $5, because It's not much for most transactions, and even if you send a lower fee it might still pass albeit in a longer time.
The question is, though, has the fee now went back to normal? Or will there be more average fee surges in the near future? I hope fee surges like this don't happen much more often because it will really hurt adoption. Not just because of the bad look crypto will get, but it might not even handle the bigger adoption in the first place.
