How beat am I here? Scam bittrex email

Got an email from “bittrex” saying I had over $4,000 in unclaimed assets on their website they needed to get taken off their platform. I have been struggling with the 2FA on bittrex for a while now and I knew they went bankrupt in the US so I figured this was my chance to get my money out finally. I was an idiot and didn’t verify the email bc when I clicked on the link it took me to bittrex website (or what looked like it) almost immediately.

I didn’t link my coinbase account with it like it asked but I did just have someone get me a ledger nano plus recently as a gift and I linked the seed phrase for it ( no funds on it ). After linking I got an error saying you can’t use a new wallet. I then proceeded to link my robinhood wallet, trust wallet, and binance wallet in an attempt to get the money out. All of them gave me the same error saying they can’t transfer to new or empty wallets. I then downloaded the chrome extension for coinbase through the link and that’s when I got weary and looked into it more and realized it’s a scam. Can they somehow access my funds on coinbase now or robinhood or binance since i linked the wallets? I don’t keep the funds in the wallets I kept them on the exchange (most of my funds are cold storage but I kept some on the exchanges).

I haven’t touched crypto in years so I just am weary they can now get access to the funds on the exchanges from this or possibly downloaded some software on my computer in the process. I’m doing a hard reset to factory settings on my computer and changing my passwords, would this be enough?
