Could someone please explain how a wallet like Sparrow can take a seed phrase and know which associated addresses hold funds and those that don't? There's countless addresses possible, so there must be some limitation or condition that the wallet software relies on?
The question is inspired by me inputting a seed phrase and viewing UTXOs and discovering that a previous wallet software had sent funds to "random" associated addresses during the previous transaction process. How can Sparrow "find" these addresses?
