How do I achieve this type of order?

I'm new to binance, but not new to stocks. I want to place a bracket order, where I specify the limit price at which a particular amout is to be bought, and also the stoploss price corresponding to the same order for the same quantity, and if possible, even the target. I don't want to wait for my first order to get executed, and then place an OCO order for target + stoploss. I want to do all the three at the same time, and not worry about my position.
