How often this occurs?

So I'm a relative new user to US Binance and I'm experiencing failed deposits when I have funds.

The very first deposit failed because I had (my guess) less than 110% of the amount that I wanted to deposit.

The second time the deposit was successful (Great!)

Waited 5 days (because of using debit card deposit) for my third time depositing and it failed again (thought it was a US Binance network problem or something)

Waited more days (missed on gains) and tried again to just fail. Then did multiple attempts between intervals of hours and all failed. Tried to connect ACH deposit and something about "Internal Error Occurred".

I summited a ticket to get an answer and possibly sort this out, but I know that the support is lacking.

My question is, How often this occurs? What can I do or did I do something wrong?

Should I take this as a warning and change platform? (I believe support is lacking on all other platforms too so I don't know.)

Edit: I called my bank and they aren't holding anything apparently.
