How to cancel wormhole transactions due to high gas fees?

I was trying to transfer 13 USDCs from sui wallets to metamask, with https://portalbridge.com/ (aka wormhole connect). However, it got stuck since I rejected the second phase which sent USDCs to ethereum network (the first phase, which sent USDCs from sui wallet, cost quite little thanks to sui network), as the gas fees are too high (nearly 0.01eth, approximating $29) that I cannot afford it. I know there is a "Resume Transaction" option that I can continue to complete the transaction, however what I only would like to do is to cancel it (or another sui transaction to send back).

What can I do? From their web page I can see no customer service, so I have to come here for help. There were similar discussions about it but no good solution seemed concluded.
