How to sell a newly created BEP20 Token?

If I create a Token BEP20, and I want to sell it, apparently you have to create a liquidity pool at a DEX (pancakeswap), and you have to put not only your token but all the BNB that you decide its worth.

I don’t necessary need to sell it for a lot of money, but if I value the 100% at 100$, very few holders might get all of it, so let’s say if I think a safe amount is 5k$, so it gets distributed enough, I have to put down my own 5k$, isn’t there a way to just sell it at a price and that’s it?

Is the only other option to do a Crowd sale contract? And is there any BEP20 Crowd sale template?
Other options?
