I bought meme coins a few years back and forgot about them

Well it was a dumb move, I had just started learning about the markets and bought some meme coins for fun. Been a few years, I forgot about them. I have zero knowledge of crypto, also don’t want to/have the energy to learn. I cannot spare the time to track the crypto portfolio. I exclusively trade in equity now.

For now I am holding some DOGE coins, SHIBA INU, and ETHEREUM. Should I keep it or sell the portfolio, given that it isn’t an amount I care about. Don’t care if I lose it all, it isn’t a huge amount. Does it make sense holding or withdraw and move on?
