Coinbase locked my account and asked me to do KYC to verify my identity. After the algo fails my KYC 9 times (in 3 minutes after submitting), I trimmed my beard and tried again. It again fails. To reach support on Coinbase, they tell me to login which I can't because my account is locked. Its been a week and I am helpless. They should have a dedicated chat support for accounts they lock.
My beard thing did not work. I don't know what happens to people who get a nose, jaw or lip job, then suddenly with no way to chat with support they have to verify their account to an algo.
Do I need to go to their office to talk to a human. Where is that San Francisco?
