I thought I moved my OTX from coinbase to paypal but it didn't show up. I found the address however i don't knownhow yo move it to I can put it into my paypal account.

So I had OTX on coinbase. I wanted to transfer it to my paypal. I click on "recieve" on paypal and copy the address, paste it to coinbase, and complete the transaction. Block checker shows everything is completed after 3 hours. However, nothing is in my paypal. I contacted support, and they confirmed that my OTX went to the address I provided.

However, on payapl, it generates a new address every time I click on recieve. Although my crypto is sitting on the generated address paypal gave me when I initiated the transfered the trouble is that I don't don't know how to move it from this generated address into my paypal.

According to the support, I was supposed to sell my OTX into USD before transferring in which I didn't do. So, how do I get back my crypto currency? How do I move it into my paypal or coinbase wallet?

I just contacted Paypal. I am waiting on an agent. What i am undeing about this situation is that my crypto is sitting at that address. That address was auto generated by paypal. Its still there, but I can not access it because it's not connected to a wallet. The address is different every time on Paypal when I click recieve. So i think this may be a paypal problem since everything is correctly done on the coinbase side. Since I didn't sell first, it's not converted into my paypal address provided, however its there as crypto OTX in that address. It just not reading because paypal doesn't have OTX on their list of crypto currencies ans i needed to sell my OTX to USD firstbefore the transfer in which i did not do. So i need to move that crypto back to coinbase from that paypal address, then do the proper steps. The problem is i can not access OTX from paypal, and it's not reading/showing. So their is no way to interact with it through paypal, so now I am waiting for support.
