I'm in a new country and I want to open a new account from here. Got errors because of existing account (I guess). Will deleting that old account solve the problem?

I have a binance account I opened a few years ago once I was dwelling overseas. I did not used it much.. I ought to have something round $50..

Now I am overseas, I needed to open a brand new account with the document ID (new passport) I acquired right here.

But I faced some errors stating I already have an account and that I have to contact the help.

Since my id (full identify, start date and place) is obviously the same, perhaps the system detected that...

So I'm wondering if I close my account and reopen a new one. Will it work?
