In a coffee shop listening to two bros talk about creating and dumping tokens - new norm?

Don't know if crypto is just becoming mainstream now or if I never caught it before but I'm in a suburban area and hearing randoms talk about it is a little shocking. They are discussing this like it's a side hustle; just make a couple a week and sell on the way up, what is a meme, and which ideas could work. They are discussing websites and past dumps/rugs. They even talked about irl friends they would get into projects with and discord/telegram friends who could help them with this, along with their different wallets they set up to try and pull this.

Obviously, I know this happens and anyone who's in their first week would realize this. Last cycle, the indicator we hit top was when normies were talking about crypto in public, do you think we're there? Or is the hustle of memetokens finishing up? Just seems to me too many people getting way too greedy but I guess it really could just be the new norm as crypto gets more and more mainstream.
