Is there a fee-difference between the Binance exchange and buying through the normal Binance site?

So im looking for the cheapest way to buy Cardano. According to the binance website...the fee for buying Cardano (VIP 0) should be 0.1 precent (taker fee). But when I want to buy it from the app or from the website itself... im seeing 1.33 euro's as fee..

But when I buy Cardano from the Binance exchange... it's only 0.0075 euro fee)

So my question is, just to make sure: Is there a difference in trading fees between buying through the 'lite' website...vs the actual Exchange...?
