Issue with bitcoin payments?

I see a few people offering trades people bitcoin as payment after orange pilling them. My question is: after paying someone via lightning, what proof do you have of payment? With banks or revolut or strike or cashapp if the trades person ever disputed the payment you have proof, but lightning or on chain payments being more anonymous similar to cash, do you need a receipt from the trades person? Couldnt they come back and claim you never paid them without receipt proof?
