Legal Help recovering $185k worth of tokens from Coinbase

I'm currently in a back and forth with Coinbase to try and recover my KNC v2 tokens (now worth $230k). They keep giving me the run around. I decided to now take the legal route because they are now stating on coinbase pro, you will lose your v2 tokens when you send them to their v1 address. This was a disclaimer that was just put up in the recent days at the point of address creation after I complained that there was no visible disclaimer differentiating that they are on v1 not v2 when creating the deposit address. v2 was released over a month ago.

I'd rather take it the legal route. Does anyone know any lawyers that I can consult with on actions I can take?

Please don't mention I should have sent test transactions. I know this.
