Market cap to volume ratio and understanding question

If the coin market cap and volume is almost 1:1 is that a sign that the coin is undervalued?

Just wondering if what I written above is correct, cause ! found a coin the market cap is 145Mill and the current trading volume is 125Mill was wondering is this a good sign?

What are some of the signs that determine that a coin is undervalued? And does market cap really matter when it comes to crypto?

If anyone can help me out to understand this better I would much appreciate it thanks again for the comments!!
