A few days ago I started to withdraw an item from staking, I apparently put 3 GWEI when I meant to put 35 Gwei performing this action.
I went in today to do another TXN and noticed my original TXN was "dropped".

Am I correct I can no longer perform any actions on ETH until this resolves? I am stuck in a limbo, I started some other TXNs but they are in "queue" and don't seem to be working.
How do I resolve this?
