I entered the market in March of 2021. I started buying at 56k. I've got a $13k buy at 58k and two $5k buys at 63k. I was scrambling and liquidating everything to buy bitcoin before it went to $1M.
By the ATH in April, I think, I had put around $60k into bitcoin. I watched the price slide and slide some more. Then I started a more rational DCA plan. I purchased small amounts all the way down to $16k in late 2022. That felt like blood in the streets.
My avg now is $47k. My profit right now is 85%. It was more fun when it was over 100% but my point is that while it may be uncomfortable, your holding the best performing secure asset of all time.

- Read about self custody
Stop treating cash like it's the devil. Cash will save your bitcoin. It's an important part of holding bitcoin.
So if your new and bought at the ATH, relax. If it goes to 16k again we'll all be selling lemonade to buy bitcoin.
