Obvious Ponzi shows up in chat group. What to do?

I’ve given this the “Advice” flair but it’s “seeking” rather than “giving”.

Tl;dr An influential member of a Whatsapp group has invited people to participate in an obvious Ponzi.

I don’t know the rest of the group well and believe the person is acting with the best of intentions. What would you do?

The Issue

I’m in a WhatsApp group for my kids gymnastics team. One of the coaches has, today put a message in the chat which says

I’m on a Al operated crypto app called ITP where you earn 2.5% of your balance each day. Within 30days you will have almost doubled your money. The minimum is $100 but there’s no limit to what you can put in.

I put money in about 2 months ago and took out my initial investment last week so now I’m playing with house money.

ITP is about as obvious a Ponzi as I’ve seen. Even without googling what they claim to do, you can see from the description it doesn’t add up.

I don’t think the lady that posted the message has any bad intentions. She knows the people in the group well and she’s not the type to rip anyone off (she doesn’t get paid for her coaching time).

The message goes on to say she’ll help anyone who is interested set up accounts (this section shows their lack of understanding, they don’t know the difference between a CEX and a wallet).

The Question

I don’t know the people in the group so well and have no interest in telling them what to do. However, I don’t want the lady who sent the message to become hated.

I honestly believe she’s made profit and is acting with the best intentions. But someone’s gonna get burned here.

What would you do?
