personal verification

I've been verified for over 2 years now even for the binance card (I have even executed the dwelling tackle verification) and acquired the primary message from binance to do my verification a couple of months ago.

What is going on with binance? Just eliminated every part of my belongings of it in case they lock my account. I received the message at this time that my doc just isn't readable but havent even verified once more. Because why? I've been verified from id verification to my handed tackle verification a couple of years in the past. If someone can explain this to me because this feels fishy as fuck. (Yes all the messages from binance are legit as my phishing code is there and get the message in the app too)
