Ledger wallet only supplies an app for Binance Smart Chain and the BNB on my Exodus wallet is Binance Chain. I am now under the impression that I have to convert it from BEP2 to BEP20 before I can send it to my Ledger (although I have no idea what this means).
I can't use TrustWallet because I don't have a smart phone, so I installed the Binance wallet add-on to Firefox hoping that I could send my BNB from Exodus to the Binance wallet and convert there before sending it on to my Ledger. But my Exodus wallet objects to the receive address supplied by the Binance wallet (which begins with 0x).
Is there any way out of this impasse? Thanks.
