So my father bought the Trump meme coin in Kraken and he doesnt really know if he bought futures or not

So my father today bought some Trump coins without telling me but he was looking at his portfolio now and it says that it is “Trump perp Futures Trade” and now he is not sure if he really bought the coin or some other contract. After that he told me that because he knows that Im interested in the stock market and things related to it but honestly speaking Im not used to cryptos or the Futures market. So what Im trying to discover is what did my father buy? (We are from Portugal and the transaction was done here by Kraken)
