Today, crypto got me out of a jam and I think it's pretty cool.

I went to go get my winter tires changed out for my all seasons as it is illegal to drive with them after April, and it turns out my old tires were getting pretty bald. Also, I needed an alignment.

I was expecting to pay about 80 USD and instead everything came to 655.

I just consolidated and closed my credit cards AND just paid my taxes. I had the money but other bills would have to be skipped.

The only option was to get financing which I am trying avoid.

Anywho, I deposited 500 USD into crypto back in Feb and have jumped it around between ETH, OGN, and DOGE. I got a debit card from the app but never thought much of it and never put money into it.

I found it extremely easy to put 400 USD worth of ETH on the Visa Debit and it worked immediately.

I'm sad I had to sell pretty much all of my gains, but it just blew my mind that I paid for most of my tires with ETH. It really has me looking at money different.

TL:DR: Got stuck with a big bill, trying to pay down debt not get more, Etherium came to the rescue.
