Trying to set up a payment method on Binance Lite

New Binance Lite user here that has been verified, trying to purchase some BTC.

Select Payment Method screen shows with with options of Bank fiat Pay with New Card (this is ticked by default) and Fiat balance which shows BTC amount I am trying to purchase and is unticked showing a zero balance.

I then am prompted to confirm price to pay which counts down. I select confirm price I will pay, then another screen pops up which says Activate Fiat Services. There is a Start tab, but it is grayed out so I am unable to select it.

Sorry if this question doesn't belong here, but would anyone here know if I am doing something wrong? It is the first time I have tried to use this so could be something in my profile or account set up?
