Using Binance verification with government-issued ID.

I’ve been trying to register a new account with Binance.com and whenever I reach the point with performing the “webcam verification” portion I’m trying to display my government-issued ID and I can’t seem to get a good enough picture taken or something, but however the verification process immediately comes back with some sort of “internal assurance error” on the site. What does this mean and how to fix the verification? Thanks!
