Why is there no contact email?

Binance is supposed to be a very good website but i can't comprehend with the fact that there is no contact email on the website and FAQ doesn't answer my question. Im posting it here to hopefully find an answer.

I just opened my account and I tried to verify it. From my understanding there are 2 steps of verification which is very poorly shown by the website. There only writes Advanced verification Intermediate verification on the top, but when I try to click verify, it doesn't specify which stage I am at or did my last verification approved so I can move to the other stage. I posted everything it asked and when I clicked submit, I didn't receive an email so I didn't understand if i submitted correctly so when I tried it again I think i submitted the Intermediate verification which didn't ask me for anything extra just asked my address again and I wrote it. Then suddenly when I refreshed the page my Advanced verification had a green tick on its side but the Intermediate one had a black X. My intermediate verification somehow failed but I didn't even filled anything extra then the other verification, it just asked for my address. I am trying it again and again but I always receive mails that it failed. I didn't receive an email for my successful first verification btw. My address is what writes on my ID and is correct. So why do my verification is failed? Very very very poor verification process for a website this big.
