We are building a platform for the exchange of physical goods for crypto: We need your help!

Hi! This is Pedro, from eCrow, and we are building a platform for the exchange of physical items using only cryptocurrencies. Imagine something like eBay but where everything is priced in crypto and all transactions are done solely using crypto.

Me and Eduardo, my co-founder, believe that the next step for cryptocurrencies is for them to become real currencies. For this to happen, the buying and selling of real and tangible objects using crypto directly needs to become common place.

Some small steps have been taken in that direction, but with your help, we wish to take a major one. For that, we need to understand what you, cryptocurrency holders and users, expect and desire from such a platform. Firstly, do you even want such a platform? And if so, how can we create something that makes it a breeze to buy and sell whatever you want online using your cryptocurrency of choice? What cryptocurrencies do you think must be supported? What features are essential? What assurances and safeties must be in place? And what would be the perfect flow for a transaction? Would you prefer to use your wallet of choice for all transactions without ever connecting it to the platform or would it be more convenient to use a hot wallet like MetaMask connected to the platform? We value safety and transparency above all and have our opinions about these questions, but your opinions are more important than our own and we are excited to hear them!

Finally, we are exploring the idea of giving users tokens for each transaction made. These tokens would grant their owners a share of all the future profits of the platform. The issuance of these tokens would decrease over time, much like what happens with bitcoin, rewarding early users of the platform. What are your thoughts about this?
