What if somebody stole the treasury of a countries wallet?

Hi all, long time crypto lover, first time poster

Great to see such intelligent people here overcome the problems of the world through crypto

A friend of mine had their wallet hacked recently and lost all their crypto, not a lot but it got me thinking

If in 10-20 years the government's of the world move solely to crypto and their wallet gets stolen (which knowing how dumb governments are I wouldn't put it past them to give the seedkey away for nothing) would that cause the collapse of that country?

How do we stop that from happening?
