Which Ethereum courses Do you guys recommend?

Hi Ethereum/Solidity programmers!

I'm a software engineer that has never touched Web3, or have any intermediate knowledge of how ethereum works. I have a vast understanding for web development, but I have never touched this side of it. Which development courses/ Youtube tutorials have you used that has enlightened you on Eth? I'd like to find some of them.

Currently, I follow this course: https://www.udemy.com/course/solidity-ethereum-in-react-next-js-the-complete-guide due to my knowledge in React and NextJS. However, I am interested in understanding more of the fundamentals of Blockchain and Ethereum. Would you kindly share anything you think was useful to you? Thanks!
