Why I'm punished when tx is cancelled due to the vendor's fault?

hi, I'm an previous P2P trade binance buyer but but I completely have a state of affairs: Once I open an order to purchase cryptos vendor don't have the cost information in profile, he provides it via the chat, however in many instances, this doesn't present any info and the order is mechanically cancelled.

The system assumes that it was me who never made the cost and this affects my status score.

Is it potential that Binance will make any improvements to its system in this regard?
