For several months ago I've created a Binance account, but I didn't use and I forgot my credentials (password), the account was verified with my personal documents and it was using 2 factor authentication.
I can't remember the password and I can't recover it as the account asks for the 2 factor authenticator to change it.
Looking for informations inside the Binance's website the only information I get is that I need to be logged in to disable 2 factor and I don't have the password. So I'm running behing my tail here.
I've created a new account, but I can't verify as the older account is already verified.
I just wanted to be able to log in into my account again, someone else had the same problem that could help me?
I can't even get in contact with Binance as I live in Brazil and their form abroad only US support.
